2 large eggs or 3 small ones ½ oz / 10g chopped fresh chives ½ oz / 10g chopped fresh parsley ¼ oz / 5g chopped fresh marjoram salt 1 knob of butter 1 oz / 25g grated cheese |

What to do |
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat the eggs well with a fork or whisk until they form a uniform mix. Add the herbs and salt, and mix well. Heat the butter in a frying pan, pour in the omelette, and sprinkle the cheese on top. Cook until the omelette is set and the cheese on top has started to melt. |
